		<description>I remember on Bush's last visit to Canada certain groups were pushing to have him tried as a war criminal while he was there, however infeasible that may have seemed to most of us.  I think you ask a really important question, one I really don't know the answer to.  I think that with the extent to which we are seeing repeated flagrant abuses at the hands of the US government in the press, and from the mouths of human rights groups lately, if such a breaking point exists (ie if the international community has the strength and resolve to take such an action) we must surely be close.  </description>
